Manual Install



1. Logon with a User ID with Administrator privilege.

2. Execute OSV020WW.exe to extract this package onto the hard drive.

The default extraction location is C:\DRIVERS\OSFIXES\VISTA.

3. Go to the folder where this package was extracted in step 2.

4. Execute 948278-x86.msu (for Windows Vista 32-bit) or

948278-x64.msu (for Windows Vista 64-bit).

5. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Manual Uninstall



1. Logon with a User ID with Administrator privilege.

2. Open Control Panel.

3. Select "Programs", then "View installed updates" under "Program

and Features".
